IIFT Launches Online Certification Program in Capital and Financial Markets


IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi) launches online certificate programme on Capital & Financial Markets (CPCFM). CPCFM aims at developing professionals with adequate skill and knowledge in the securities markets, and provide an understanding of the current structure, pricing, risk, competition and financial innovations in money and capital markets. 
Course Structure: The course covers Economy Analysis, Equity Market Analysis, Bond Market Analysis, Forex Market Analysis and Financial Institutions & Markets.
Duration: 4 months (June – September 2012). Classes will be conducted on weekends (Saturday 2.00-6.00 pm/Sunday 9.00am-6.00pm). Participants are required to attend at least 70 percent of the total number of sessions in the course to make them eligible to appear in the examination. Participants who score a minimum of 50% marks in each subject including viva-voce will be awarded the certificate.

Location: Week-ends only. Programme will be available online with live class. Room sessions can be accessed from home/office in any city.
Eligibility: Bachelors degree from any recognised Indian or foreign University or diploma holders with two years of post-diploma full time work experience.
Selection: Candidates will be short-listed on the basis of their profile qualifications, experience etc. If required on-line interview will be conducted.
Course Fee: Rs. 65,000-payable at the time of admission (DD in favour of IIFT, New Delhi), SC/ST/PH candidates 50 percent fee concession.
